BIOGRAPHY
Rene Rochester
René is the founder and president of Urban S.E.T. Inc. (Strengthening, Educating and Training). She has been encouraging urban youth workers for about 20 years. She's the designer of the patent PHAT "STAR" Model a field-tested design for education and training. Her writing and training are birthed out of her passion for education and empowerment. She's the author of the upcoming release Models, Mentors, and Messages: Blueprints of Urban Ministry.
