Carolyn Custis James

Carolyn is an author and international conference speaker for churches, colleges, seminaries, and other Christian organizations. Her organization, WhitbyForum, challenges women to serve alongside their brothers in the faith. She's the author of The Gospel of Ruth: Loving God Enough to Break the Rules and consulting editor for Zondervan's Exegetical Commentary Series on the New Testament and president of the Synergy Women's Network, Inc.—a national network of women active or emerging in vocational ministry. She and her husband Frank (President of Reformed Theological Seminary/Orlando) have one grown daughter.
