• Foundations
  Designed for anyone in their first few years of youth ministry, you'll find "how to" and "101" seminars — ideal for paid and volunteer youth workers.

• Professional & Ministry Development
  Focusing on skills, perspectives, approaches, and models that will expand or deepen your youth ministry or your skills as a youth worker, these seminars take you beyond the basics.

• Middle School Focus
  Obviously, these seminars are geared towards people working with middle school students. Ideal for paid or volunteer youth workers, you'll get programming ideas and more.

• Exploration
  If you're into trying new things and thinking outside the box, you'll find that the seminars here will encourage you to go to the edge of youth ministry thinking and practices.

• Advanced YM
  For the youth ministry veteran, here you'll find seminars to stretch and challenge your thinking.

• Soul Care
  Spend time in seminars that are more about "being" than "doing," as you focus on your own emotional and spiritual health and draw closer to God.

• Veteran Cohort
  Been in full-time youth ministry for eight or more years? Join this cohort, where you'll go through four preselected seminars and interact with people in a similar ministry stage as you.

• 1st 2 Years in YM Cohort
  If you're just starting out in youth ministry, this is the cohort for you. You'll go through four pre-selected seminars and have opportunities to interact with others in small groups and exercises.

• Open Source
  Participate in the development of the content and direction of your seminars. Several seminars from each category, as well as two CCCs will be Open Source, allowing you to contribute prior to the event on the NYWC site.

• The Big Bucket
  Includes a potpourri of seminars, with everything from women's issues to teen culture to parenting, and more.
